Privacy notice

ShopProfit is a browser-based Etsy fee and profit calculator. This notice explains what the site processes when you use it.

Calculator inputs

Your prices, shipping amounts, costs, country selection, and calculated results are processed in your browser. ShopProfit does not send calculator inputs to its own server during calculation, and the app does not save those financial inputs to browser storage.

Saved preferences

The site stores your selected country, language, and theme in your browser’s local storage so those preferences can be restored on a later visit. These settings stay in that browser until you clear its site data. Clearing local storage may reset your preferences.

Reports and sharing

Downloading a PDF creates the report in your browser. Choosing Share via Email opens a draft in your email application with the breakdown filled in; it is not sent until you send it. Choosing Share via WhatsApp opens WhatsApp with the breakdown prepared; it is shared only if you choose to send it. Those services then handle the information under their own privacy terms.

Third-party requests

The site loads the Silkscreen typeface from Google Fonts. That request goes to Google’s font service. The calculator does not include analytics or advertising scripts. The site’s hosting provider may process ordinary technical request information needed to deliver and secure the site; calculator amounts are not included in those requests.

Cookies and children

The ShopProfit app does not use cookies to store calculator values. It uses local storage only for the preferences described above. The calculator is a general seller utility and is not designed to collect information from children.
